Printable for Yom Kippur
Are you ready for Yom Kippur? I thought a printable was in order to remind us all of the Messiah's sacrifice for us. Not to write off the significance of this set apart time, but to see how it points to Yahusha and YHWH's plan for our redemption. Of course this verse could easily stay up year round.
I made it in black and white so it's easy to print off at home, so it makes for a simple last-minute decoration. I hope you have a very meaningful Yom Kippur this year!

light, easy, small printable
"It is a light, easy, small thing to bring back the tribes of Jacob and to restore Israel." -Isaiah 49:6
The wording from this verse is so lovely to me. What seems to me as an insurmountable problem - the lost tribes of Israel - is described as light, easy, and small for YHWH. No problem at all.
That goes for what you're dealing with too. Maybe you're having relationship frustrations with family members. Easy thing for YHWH to restore. Or maybe your health diagnosis isn't so great at the moment. That is a light matter for YHWH. If your situation with work is bad that is a small thing to YHWH.
Light easy small. YHWH overcomes it all. If that's a reminder you need, here is a printable for you. Put it in a place you will see it often, and be reminded of hope.

DIY Shavuot Cupcake Toppers
Here's a simple way to add some Shavuot festivity to your upcoming feast! You can make these at home in just a few minutes. You probably have everything required. Just some tape, wooden skewers or toothpicks, and the printout of these cupcake toppers is all you need. I intentionally made it something that would print out well on a regular home printer using plain paper. Nothing fancy needed at all.
You will need:
Shavuot cupcake printable
Scissors
Double sided tape
Small wooden skewers or toothpicks
What to do:
First you'll need to cut out the hexagons. This shape makes it easy to cut and get nice edges. You will need two per cupcake topper, so print the appropriate number of sheets. One sheet will get you six toppers.
Flip over one hexagon and place a skewer in approximately the middle. Use double sided tape to secure it and then grab another hexagon. Connect the backside of it with the double sided tape. You may want to experiment with different skewer sizes to come up with a height that you prefer. And voila, you have your topper. Repeat as many times as you'd like and you're finished!
Use these to top cupcakes or dessert. Or use as you would toothpicks for snacks or appetizers at your Shavuot celebration.

Passover Bucket List + Printable
Make your own bucket list or download mine. Obviously, it doesn't need to be this big but hanging up a large print can serve twofold as a decoration throughout the week of Unleavened Bread and as a reminder of fun things to do to make this time special.
You can download this here, and then print it off on regular paper or have it printed. I had mine printed at Staples for about $1.75. It is free for your personal use and I hope it helps make Matzah Week a little more fun!
What's on your bucket list for this Passover season?
Passover Giveaway from Torah Sisters
I love that the Passover cards/invites are beautiful! These cards do justice to showcasing Passover as a set apart time of YHWH. Four designs are included with matzah and fresh flowers featured on each. Different wording is available for two of the designs, and she even included a blank option for you to write your own message if that works better for you.
Not hosting a Passover gathering? These printables are multi purpose. Use them as cards to wish friends and family happy Passover or decorate around your home with them. As a child, receiving cards was always a marker of a special time for me, so I especially like the idea of putting these in the mail. It's a great way to communicate to others the significance of this time of year and that you're thinking of them. They are designed to be folded in half, so you can print them on regular 8 by 11 paper and end up with a blank card. I trimmed mine in more of a post card style, where you can put a note on the back.
The winner will also receive Torah Sisters' Doodle Portions coloring book! This would be the perfect way to occupy the littles at Seder or just a fun treat for yourself during Unleavened Bread week. Amy also created a free Passover busy book that will entertain the kids and teach them about the Passover story.
Get entered to win below! Just to be clear, both prizes are for digital files that you can print at home or take to a print shop. This ensures that you will receive them in plenty of time before Passover!
Be sure to visit Torah Sisters store and let us know what your favorite item is for extra entries! While you're there don't forget about the free Passover goodies Amy offers including the Passover busy book for kids, the Gospel Centered Haggadah, and omer counters!
Deadline to enter is March 22 at 12:00am eastern time.

Keeping the Torah Printable
Who has heard this verse before, "It makes no difference if a man is circumcised or not"? Usually the speaker goes on to explain that it doesn't matter at all if we follow YHWH's instructions. We are 'free' to do whatever we want, without any consequence is the line. But the very next sentence of the same verse says, "Keeping the Torah of YHWH is everything."
Sure, granted that translation is from the Restoration Scriptures and not something more mainstream. But even the NLT reads, "The important thing is to keep God's commandments." Keeping his instructions is important.
To understand the seeming contradiction in this text (circumcision is something YHWH commanded) we can read the verse this way, "It doesn't matter if you're circumcised or not - you still need to be obedient to YHWH." Many of us have treated our heritage as an exemption from keeping YHWH's commandments, thinking the instructions of Scripture are only for a different people group. And there was contention over this in ancient Israel as well. The use of the words 'circumcised' and 'uncircumcised' alludes to the two houses of Israel - Judah being the circumcised and Ephraim being uncircumcised. There was much confusion over how these distinct groups should behave and Paul is clarifying that here.
He is saying:
Even if you're circumcised and following the Torah, you need the Messiah.
Even if you have the Messiah, you need to follow the Torah.
The message here is that it's not enough to be circumcised out of family tradition or to celebrate Passover and then not wholeheartedly follow YHWH. We should honor the commandments because we love YHWH and want to serve Yahusha. We aren't to treat Torah observance like a free pass to get to Heaven. The point is love the Messiah and live in the way he instructed.
I made this printable because I want to be reminded of how important my obedience is to YHWH. While he knows my heart, he doesn't just ask of me that I love him or mean well. He wants each of us to truly follow him and walk in his ways. I hope this will remind you of that truth as well.

Free Ten Commandments Printable for Shavuot
Because Shavuot is a special time of celebrating both the giving of the Holy Spirit and the giving of YHWH's instructions I thought a printable of the ten commandments would be fitting. Recently I admired a simple ten commandments piece of art in a friends home and decided to make a more Hebrew version of that. My free printable uses YHWH, as well as Shabbat. The structure of the commandments is also a bit different. I studied wording in various versions and arrived at an amalgamation of my own.
Did you know there is some dispute over the ten commandments themselves? For the most part, Christian teaching and translations start the list of ten commandments off in Exodus 20:3 - "you shall have no other gods before me." But the Hebrew movement would argue that the first and most significant commandment is found in the second verse. "I am YHWH your Elohim who brought you out of the Egyptian house of slavery." Because knowing the name of the God we serve is incredibly important, right? This goes along with the third commandment of not forgetting the name of YHWH or bringing it to vain emptiness and ruin.
I am really happy about this new piece of art in my home! Hanging the ten commandments is a great way to learn them by heart, and keep your focus on how YHWH wants us to live. It also shows visitors that his word is important to you. While I think this is especially fitting for the Shavuot season, I plan to keep mine up year round. In a cute frame this would also make a great gift!
Click here to download my ten commandments printable. It is free for your personal use.
You can get a large print of this at a local printing place to have it as more of a statement piece. Mine was printed as an 18" by 13" for about $8.00. Or this prints great at home in a regular printer as an 11" by 8" or even smaller if you prefer.
A very happy Shavuot to each of you!

Spring Feast Printable Roundup
My first Passover was more than ten years ago. It was new to us and we had no idea what it was supposed to look like. I remember scouring the internet for something, anything to get a better idea of how to celebrate and finding almost nothing of help. You could hardly find anything online about Passover, let alone the Feasts of Unleavened Bread and First Fruits. Today it is so exciting to see other bloggers sharing their creativity to help us celebrate YHWH's feasts! Today I am sharing with you a few free resources that will help you celebrate the Spring Feasts this year, whether or not you are new to it.
1. Passover Printable - Land of Honey
- I shared this last year, but it's still a great way to decorate!
2. Passover Busy Book for Kids - Torah Sisters
- With puzzles, coloring pages, and mazes this will keep kids occupied at the Seder table or use it for fun throughout the week of Unleavened Bread.
3. Why Is It Place Cards - Almost Makes Perfect
-A quick way to make your Seder table a little more sophisticated and have the Ma Nishtana at the ready.
4. Ten Plagues Finger Puppets - Tori Avey
-Tori thoughtfully made two versions, one is in color ready to print, and the other is black and white to color yourself.
5. Happy Passover Cards - The Climbing Tree
-Since Passover things aren't easy to find, this is just what we need to spread the joy of the Spring Feasts and say, "Chag Sameach!"
6. Find the Afikoman Game - Joyfully Jewish
-This sounds so fun! Go on a treasure hunt and work on your Hebrew. Print off a set in a different color for each child participating.
7. Seder Plate Labels - Chai and Home
-An elegant addition to your Seder Plate that will teach a little Hebrew.
8. Four Cups of Wine Printable - Hebraic Roots Network
-A fun decoration to remind us of the Seder meal.
9. Unleavened Matzah Verse - Land of Honey
-Keep this up for the duration of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
10. Count the Omer Calendar - Kosher on a Budget
-A simple way to count the days until Shavuot.
11. He is Risen Printable - Kraft and Mint
-Use this to celebrate First Fruits!
12. Passover Matching Cards - The Climbing Tree
-Two activities in one. Decorate the cards, then play memory games.
I would recommend printing on a thicker cardstock type of paper. It's sturdy and gives it a better look I think. Of course you can also opt to have these professionally printed if that works better for you. If you know of any other great printables for the Spring Feasts please share with us below!

Be Content On Shabbat Printable
Have you heard D'ror Yikra by the Maccabeats? The name means 'He Will Proclaim Freedom' and it is traditionally sung on Shabbat.
The lyrics translate like this:
He shall proclaim freedom for man and woman,
And He will protect you like the apple of His eye.
Pleasant will be your name, never to cease.
Rest and be content on Shabbat.
Seek my temple and my sanctuary,
And show me a sign of salvation.
Plant a branch within my vineyard;
Turn to the outcry of my people!
Tread the wine press in Bozrah,
And also Babylon that has overpowered us.
Smash my foes with wrathful anger;
Hear my voice on the day I call.
My favorite line is the most out of place: Sh'vu venuchu b'yom Shabbat. Rest and be content on Shabbat. This doesn't seem to fit with some of the other lyrics, Babylon has overpowered us. We have enemies. Hear our cries. The admonition is simple, even when the situation is not.
This song is a hopeful look at the heartache of our world and the promises of Yahweh. Yes, we may be overpowered by Babylon, but you will protect us. We may be oppressed but you have promised us freedom. We cry out to you and you promise to show us your Yeshua.
It might be challenging but we will keep your commandments and be content on Shabbat.
I know I need this reminder. Rest and be content. So much so that I made it into a printable. Place it somewhere you will see it often and it will remind you that even when things aren't going well Yahweh's word is still true. He hears you. He protects you. He gives you freedom. Rest and be content on Shabbat.
This printable is free for your personal use. Once again I used graphics from the very talented Angie Makes.
Yom Teruah Printable
I'm sharing a pretty printable today to get ready for Yom Teruah!
Yom Teruah is one of the most overlooked of the Hebrew holidays, in my opinion, so I thought it would be fun to make a sign to decorate with. How pretty are those watercolor ranunculous? (Courtesy of Angie Makes, love her stuff!) It is completely free for your personal use so download it and start getting ready for the Feasts!

Messiah our Pesach
Passover starts tomorrow night! Are you guys ready? For the past few years I have made the Seder meal for 25+ people. This year we are having a potluck style meal so I actually have less to do than usual. I am bringing the grape juice I made last summer, and dessert, and I also made a four hour round trip to pick up the matzah and lamb. As promised here is another Passover printable! Use it to decorate or as a bookmark in your Scriptures.
1 Corinthians 5:8 - For Messiah our Pesach was sacrificed for us: so then let us keep the Feast, not with old chametz; but with the unleavened matzah of sincerity and truth.
Hebrew Holidays Calendar
We aren't done with free printables! It's a bit of a challenge to figure out when the Hebrew dates correspond on the Gregorian calendar so I have made a list that you can print off to keep in your planner, Bible, or on the fridge.
Most of us think of the Festivals of YHWH as "Jewish holidays" because they are mostly the people who have kept them. However Scripture teaches that these holy days are for both the natural born Israelite and for anyone who wishes to be grafted into YHWH's family of Israel. I chose to call these Hebrew because that is a word that means, "one who has crossed over to YHWH's ways."
These are the dates that the congregation that I attend goes by. A lot of studying has gone into this and this is our best understanding of what is when. The date for First Fruits comes from Vayikra 23:11 which says, "on the next day after the first day." The first day being the start of the Feast of Matzah, or the second day after Passover. Fifty days after that takes us to May 24 for Shavuot.
How it works: Since Hebrew days begin in the evening, the dates listed start in the evening. So Passover starts the evening of April 3 and goes until sundown the next day. The Feast of Matzah starts the evening of April 4 and goes until sundown on April 11.
See the pink one beneath it? That's another Passover printable that I'm sharing later this week!
Free Printable for Passover
I recommend printing it on a light card stock. It holds up better than regular computer paper and gives it a more polished look. Print this out as an 8 x 10 like I did, or go smaller if that works better for you.
This printable is completely free for your personal use! I'd love to see how you use it, so please tag me or send pictures my way. :)
