Life Lately: Colors of the Mishkan

Reading the instructions for the Tent of Meeting in the Torah portion a couple weeks ago I commented on the color combination. It's just not something you see a lot. And I wondered out loud what blue, red, purple, and little gold would look like together. The next day I passed this mural.

Some fun stickers arrived from Walk in Love and the Torah Institute.

This has become a tradition and that's okay with me. Macarons around the menorah.

This is a beautiful tribute to Israeli and kosher cuisine! My favorite recipe from Zahav is Kale, Apple, Walnut, and Sumac Onion Tabbouleh. Well done Michael Solomonov and Steven Cook!

We spent a day in Ann Arbor and had a delicious (and so healthy) lunch.

2016 has been a hectic year. We still have plenty of snow on the ground so it doesn't exactly feel like spring yet. But I'm looking forward to Passover coming up! How has your life been lately?
